The Instituto del Bien Común (IBC) provides advice and support to institutional programs and their counterparts on issues related to mapping production, zoning, GIS (georeferenced information systems), deforestation monitoring, native community titling, territorial mapping and legal advocacy. It also helps safeguard the rights of indigenous peoples, including uncontacted tribes or those who are in initial contact.
